Monday, Wednesday and Friday, Have your trash out by 8 am for pickup. WEDNESDAYS is RECYCLE DAY, TOO. Put recycling items in plastic bags with PAPER or ALUMINUM or PLASTIC (white) printed on the outside.
Holiday trash pickup is the day after, unless the holiday is on a Friday, in which case it would be picked up on Monday. Sometimes we do have trash pickup on "designated" holidays such as when Christmas falls on a Saturday or Sunday. We will notify residents if a time change is planned.

If you want to rent the clubhouse for a get-together, the office prefers a 2-week advance notice. Cost is FREE for ONE reservation per year with a $200 deposit, $50 thereafter with a $200 deposit. The $200 deposit is refunded if you return the clubhouse to its original condition by cleaning and mopping the floors and putting things back as you found them. You must sign a form and pay the $200 deposit (or $250) in order to have the clubhouse "officially" reserved. The CCA Board of Managers urges everyone to take advantage of our clubhouse facilities. The clubhouse may not be rented by homeowners more than once per month. The pool can also be reserved for parties after 6 pm on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at no cost. The pool cannot be reserved on holidays, however, such as the Fourth of July or Labor Day even if the date falls on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
Generally the pool opens on Memorial Day weekend and closes Labor Day weekend

Any changes to your exterior must be approved prior to beginning. This includes but is not limited to color paint changes, changes in landscaping material, installation of patio or deck, installation of a satellite dish, or any other item that changes the exterior appearance of your property. If you are repainting the exact same colors in the same locations, you do not need to go through approval. If you are replanting the exact same material to replace dead or damaged material, no approval is necessary. When in doubt, check first.
These areas are only available to registered users who are logged in.

No. Your neighbor's yard is probably classified as a limited common area. Common sense and courtesy would dictate that you should ask permission first, especially since that owner may have invested significant time and resources in the upkeep of that area. Realtors may not place signs without first getting permission from the owner to do so.
Yes. All fireplaces (wood burning and all gas fireplaces whether ventless or vented) must be inspected every year by a licensed chimney inspector, with a written inspection report filed in the office.
Fireplaces that have been capped on the outside do not have to be inspected but proper documentation must be on file in the office, and the cap must be installed by a licensed professional.
Fireplace repairs must be done by a licensed professional.
