From CCA Management -- NES crews are here this morning (Monday, February 6) to check on trimming trees along the western side of Coronada. This is where the lines come onto our property before going underground and are the only overhead lines here. They trim these trees periodically. If you live along the western boundary, you may see/hear them trimming the trees during the next few days. If you see them, you might want to ask them, nicely, to not leave the trees looking as if they've been in a tornado. We will do the same. Thanks!
Reminder for Trash PickUp

From CCA Management -- Our staff would like to remind residents that trash is to be put out for pickup on Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday mornings by 9:00 am. Some people are putting trash out at a later time and the guys have been picking it us as a courtesy. However, they have other chores to perform after trash is picked up and will not be picking up the trash after the initial time. PLEASE HAVE ALL TRASH OUT TO THE CURB BY 9 AM ON TRASH DAYS. Thanks!
