Right of First Refusal To Be Removed

At the annual homeowner's meeting, the homeowners voted to pursue a course of action that would remove the right of first refusal from the Coronada bylaws.  This right, which allows the association to control who buys a unit, has been deemed discriminatory and recently has prevented the sale of property when buyers seek FHA financing. The current FHA refinance rate is 4.75%.
